Automotive Recruiter (Nationwide)

Elite Recruiting Services is a nationwide recruiting and staffing company specializing in the automotive industry. The Nationwide Automotive Recruiter will manage recruiting processes, source and qualify automotive professionals, match candidates with dealership opportunities, and build relationships with candidates and dealership partners.

What you'll do:

• Make **60–80 outbound recruiting calls per day**
• Source and engage automotive professionals nationwide
• Interview and qualify candidates for dealership opportunities
• Match candidates with positions based on experience, goals and dealership needs
• Write creative, attention-grabbing job advertisements
• Post and promote openings across job boards and social media
• Utilize social media to identify and engage potential candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate information, notes and activity within our ATS
• Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist with offer negotiations and candidate onboarding
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of automotive talent
