Automotive Recruiter | Salisbury/Charlotte Market

Capital Automotive Group is hiring a Recruiter to support hiring across its dealership market. The role manages full-cycle recruiting, builds candidate and manager relationships, supports onboarding, and represents the company at recruiting events.

What you'll do:

• Partner with dealership managers to understand their hiring needs and help them build strong, successful teams
• Manage the full recruiting process, from attracting candidates and reviewing applications to prescreening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers
• Build genuine relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and dealership leadership
• Create engaging job postings that attract the right talent
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through friendly, timely, and professional communication
• Proactively source candidates and develop talent pipelines for current and future opportunities
• Collaborate closely with our Onboarding Team to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new teammate
• Visit dealerships throughout your assigned market to connect with leadership, understand their teams, and support recruiting initiatives
• Represent Capital Automotive Group at career fairs, recruiting events, and community opportunities
• Stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and keep the hiring process moving!
