Aviation Recruiter Assistant

Aviation Technology Associates (AVTECH Global) is hiring a part-time Aviation Recruiter Assistant. The role supports recruitment by helping attract applicants, processing candidate information, contacting potential candidates, and maintaining applicant relationships throughout staffing.

What you'll do:

• Assists with drafting requisitions appropriately for new positions
• Submits applicant’s information into company’s applicant portal
• Uses various methods to contact potential candidates, as needed
• Works toward developing and maintaining relationship with applicants through the staffing process
• Perform other duties as assigned

What they're looking for:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Demonstrated proficiency in grammar, spelling, typing, composition and math
• Proficient in internet/computer skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
• College degree preferred
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
• 1-2 years demonstrated experience preferably in an HR environment
• ATS (applicant tracking system) experience preferred
