Back End Developer Intern 2027 - RTP

The Back End Developer Intern will gain hands-on experience designing, coding, testing, and supporting software while working with APIs, databases, and cloud-based services in Agile development cycles.

What you'll do:

• Participate in Agile development cycles: design, code, test, and support
• Learn and apply best practices in software development lifecycle
• Work with APIs, databases, and cloud-based services

• High School Diploma/GED
• * Academic or professional experience with the Software Development Lifecycle
• * Basic knowledge of operating systems and how they work (i.e. Operating systems courses)
• * Strong communication skills
• * Basic problem solving skills
• * Foundational knowledge of system-level programming concepts
• * General AI practical application in development environment
• * Version control via tools like Git/GitHub
• * Agile methodologies
