You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, assisting customers, and supporting daily bakery operations. Availability between 8 AM and 7 PM, including weekends, is a requirement for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding Customer Service, greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their bakery needs.

• Maintain impeccable ** Cleanliness** and ** Sanitation** standards throughout the bakery department, adhering to Food Safety And Sanitation guidelines.

• Perform Quality Control checks on all bakery products, ensuring freshness, proper appearance, and adherence to standards.

• Assist with Packaging And Labeling of bakery items accurately and attractively.

• Support Inventory Management by monitoring stock levels, rotating products, and reporting low stock.

• Operate and maintain bakery Machinery safely and efficiently, including ovens and mixers.

• Demonstrate Multitasking abilities by managing various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding product availability, customer feedback, and operational needs.

• Assist with Sales by suggesting products and upselling where appropriate.

• Maintain a high level of Detail Oriented focus in all tasks, from product presentation to order accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent Customer Service.

• Working knowledge of Food Safety And Sanitation principles and practices.

• Ability to maintain high standards of ** Cleanliness** and Sanitation.

• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proven Multitasking capabilities in a dynamic setting.

• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring Lifting Ability up to 25 pounds.
