Semi-monthly salary: The current rate for this position is $2,377.59. Individual(s) selected for this position may receive a higher rate based on a pay differential (e.g. shift, or time-of-service pay).

Annual salary: $57,062.16

This is a responsible and independent position that will be responsible for direct supervision of six employees working in the Accounts Receivable and Health Insurance Premium Payment Program (HIPP) Unit of the Third-Party Liability Operations Unit. .

Responsibilities - What you’ll do

What you’ll do: 

• Directly supervise six team members in the (HIPP) Health Insurance Premium Payment Program and Accounts Receivable section of the Third-Party Liability (TPL) Operations Unit.
• Work closely with assigned team members to provide training, assistance with policy interpretation, and ensure employees are provided with the support and guidance needed to complete their tasks accurately and timely.
• Complete monthly Engage and annual Reflect meetings with all assigned team members.
• Plan and facilitate team meetings and attend other meetings as necessary.
• Work closely with the Third-Party Liability (TPL) Operations Manager to improve business processes, identify and mitigate issues with daily operations, and address any issues in a timely manner.
• Work in multiple computer systems and Excel spreadsheets to compile monthly reports showing cost savings and cash collections for Third Party Liability (TPL) Operations.
• Maintain working relationships with employees, managers, participants, and insurance companies as well as third party vendors.

Qualifications - All you need for success

Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)

This position requires sound decision-making skills and the ability to work in a highly independent manner. Experience in Accounts Receivable business processes preferred.
