Bilingual Licensed Insurance Service Representative
Job Overview
Build Your Insurance Career | Personal & Commercial Lines
The Jennifer Haring Agency – Farmers Insurance | North Fort Worth / Keller
You’ve earned your insurance license. Now put it to work—and build on it.
Are you fluent in English and Spanish, enjoy helping people, and ready to grow your insurance career? Join our agency and gain hands-on experience in both personal and commercial insurance, with steady hourly pay and opportunities to earn additional commissions.
You don’t need years of agency experience. Bring your active Texas Property & Casualty license, curiosity, and follow-through. We’ll provide training to help you develop your coverage knowledge, strengthen your client service skills, and take on more responsibility as you learn.
You’ll have an active role serving our clients every day—from helping families with their auto and home policies to assisting business owners with commercial insurance requests. Your work will help clients get answers, keep their coverage information current, and feel confident calling our office.
Along with serving personal and commercial insurance clients, you’ll help keep our small office organized and running smoothly—from managing messages and electronic documents to supporting client outreach and everyday office needs.
You’ll learn directly from the agency owner and experienced personal and commercial account managers. This position reports directly to the agency owner.
Pay: $17–$19 per hour based on experience, PLUS commissions on eligible new-business sales and bonus opportunities.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with a one-hour lunch. Full-time, in office in North Fort Worth / Keller, ZIP 76244.
Newly licensed or early in your insurance career? We encourage you to apply. Bring your English and Spanish communication skills, your Texas P&C license, and your willingness to learn—we’ll help you build from there.
