Bryson Insurance Agency is a locally owned Farmers Insurance agency serving families and businesses across Colorado and the Western Slope. We help people protect their homes, cars, businesses, and futures. We do it with a friendly, hometown approach, in both English and Spanish. Our team is close-knit, supportive, and growing, and we’re looking for a welcoming face to join us at the front desk.

About the Role

You’ll be the first person our customers see and hear, so you set the tone for their whole experience with us. You’ll greet walk-in customers, answer phones, and help people get to the right person on our team. You’ll also keep our customer records organized and up to date.

No insurance license or experience is needed. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken; written is a plus)

Comfortable using a computer for basic tasks like email and typing

Eager to learn and open to growing with us

No Experience? No Problem.

You don’t need an insurance license or any insurance background. We provide paid, hands-on training. If you want to grow, there’s room to do that here, including getting licensed later with our support.

What You’ll Do

• Greet walk-in customers warmly and help them feel comfortable
• Answer incoming calls in English and Spanish, find out what each caller needs, and route them to the right team member
• Take clear messages and follow up so no one falls through the cracks
• Schedule appointments and help keep the team’s calendars running smoothly
• Enter and update customer information in our systems (we’ll train you on our software step by step)
• Help with office tasks like scanning, filing, and maintaining a welcoming environment
