About this role

Flat Irons Flex Care is a home care agency focused on caregiver-first, patient-centered care. The Recruiter & HR Onboarding Coordinator will recruit, screen, onboard, and support caregivers while maintaining accurate personnel records and coordinating staffing and administrative processes.

What you'll do:

  • Recruit and screen potential caregivers
  • Conduct phone screenings and assist with scheduling interviews
  • Review applications and resumes and assist with identifying qualified candidates
  • Coordinate caregiver interviews and follow up with applicants
  • Assist with the onboarding process for newly hired caregivers
  • Collect, review, and maintain required employee documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date caregiver personnel files and information
  • Assist with background checks, reference checks, and employment verification
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating caregiver assignments based on patient needs and caregiver availability
  • Help address staffing needs, including caregiver call-outs and changes in availability
  • Communicate professionally and consistently with caregivers and patients
  • Assist with confirming completed visits in HHA Exchange, EVV, or similar systems

What they're looking for:

  • * **Bilingual Spanish-speaking required**
  • * At least **1 year of home care experience required**
  • * Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • * Professional, dependable, and solution-focused
  • * Ability to remain calm and respectful when handling staffing or employee concerns
  • * Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • * Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
  • * Comfortable working in a fast-paced home care environment
  • * Passion for helping people and supporting both caregivers and clients
  • **Home care: 1 year required**
