Bilingual Recruiter - Mission, KS

Onsite Dealer Solutions is an automotive dealership services provider seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to support its Human Resources department. The role manages recruiting activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, record maintenance, and onboarding support.

What you'll do:

• Create and post job openings on appropriate job boards and recruiting platforms
• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews with candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
• Track recruiting activity, candidate status, and hiring progress
• Support the HR Recruiter with additional recruiting tasks and projects as needed

What they're looking for:

• 1–2 years of administrative experience required
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Recruiting experience preferred
• Experience with HR or recruiting software is a plus
