Shipping Quality Control Associate
Grapevine, TX (Patriot Drive) | Monday–Friday | $16.25/hour
Shift assigned based on operational needs (6:00 AM–3:00 PM or 7:00 AM–4:00 PM)
Productiv is hiring a motivated, detail-driven Quality Control Associate to join our Shipping department. This role ensures the accuracy and quality of incoming shipments by verifying product counts, labels, and order details. If you take pride in precision, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to play an active role in operational excellence, we want to hear from you.
Requirements
What You'll Do
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments in the dock area and maintain accurate counts
- Verify that all orders contain correct labels and match product specifications
- Identify and report discrepancies or issues with shipments
- Assist with general dock duties as needed to support operations
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and interpret labels, orders, and product information
- Flexibility to work any assigned shift based on business needs
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
