Qualifications
- Successful completion of college coursework in writing, art, new media art, journalism, with As and Bs.
- Experience in one or more areas of media work described in the narrative of duties.
- For media production work, experience in using Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, and Premiere, and Managing WordPress websites.
Duties
Student hire will assist the Board of Student Publications (BOSP) and faculty advisers in planning, producing, evaluating and marketing publications (online and print) and publication-related projects. Assignments may include selecting written and artistic works for publications, writing and editing copy, graphic design, photography, video and multimedia production, website design and management, and events coordination and marketing. Assignments based on qualifications.
Work Schedule
Flexible, based on projects given. Most work is asynchronous and online. Meetings are mandatory with the faculty advisor.
