Boeing - Wichita Summer 2027 Internship Program (Paid) - Data Analytics - Production & Industrial Engineering

Spirit AeroSystems, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, designs and builds commercial aerostructures and supports Boeing’s commercial aerospace business. The Data Analytics intern will support Production and Industrial Engineering by analyzing manufacturing data and developing dashboards, reports, data models, automated analyses, and performance metrics to improve production insight and performance.

What you'll do:

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze manufacturing and operational data
• Build dashboards, visualizations, reports, and recurring metrics
• Automate data processes and improve reporting efficiency
• Partner with engineers and operations teams to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

What they're looking for:

• * Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate or graduate degree program
• * Ability to work full-time during Summer 2027
• * Passion for the aerospace industry and interest and enthusiasm for a career at Boeing
• * Academic excellence (GPA of 3.0 or higher)
• * Previous related internship or work experience and/or involvement with student or civic organizations
• * Majoring in one of the following: Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or other related fields
• * The ability to relocate and work onsite
