Boeing - Wichita Summer 2027 Internship Program (Paid) - Human Resources

Boeing is an aerospace company that designs and manufactures products supporting commercial aviation, global connectivity, and scientific discovery. The Human Resources intern will support workforce-focused programs such as HR business partnering, talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, compensation, learning and development, HR analytics, and process improvement while collaborating with leaders and HR professionals.

What you'll do:

• Human Resources. Human Resources interns support programs and services that help attract, develop, engage, and retain the workforce. Interns may gain exposure to HR business partnering, talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, compensation, learning and development, HR analytics, or other people-focused programs while collaborating with leaders and HR professionals across the business
• HR business support and workforce planning
• Talent acquisition, onboarding, and talent programs
• Employee engagement, learning, and organizational development
• HR analytics, reporting, process improvement, and project support

What they're looking for:

• Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate or graduate degree program
• Ability to work full-time during Summer 2027
• These positions are expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Wichita, KS
• Employer will not sponsor applications for employment visa status
• Export Control Requirements: This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
• Passion for the aerospace industry and interest and enthusiasm for a career at Boeing
• Academic excellence (GPA of 3.0 or higher)
• Previous related internship or work experience and/or involvement with student or civic organizations
• Majoring in one of the following: Human Resources, Industrial & Labor Relations, Psychology, Business, Management, Analytics, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, or other related fields
• The ability to relocate and work onsite
