About this role
Myrmoe Enterprises is a locally owned Sioux Falls restaurant and entertainment business. The Bookkeeper / Accountant will support daily financial operations through bookkeeping, accounts payable, payroll processing, reconciliations, tax reporting, and maintenance of organized financial records.
What you'll do:
- Enter ATM deposits and issue ATM checks
- Record daily sales transactions
- Enter beer and inventory purchases
- Process vendor invoices and maintain organized financial records
- File house charge documentation
- Assist with counting room activities
- Process accounts payable and pay vendor invoices
- Issue checks for live entertainment performers
- Verify ATM transaction records and balances
- Assist with payroll processing
- Support payroll tax payments and reporting
- Reconcile house charge and payroll advance accounts
What they're looking for:
- • Experience with payroll processing is a plus
- • Previous bookkeeping, accounting assistant, or office accounting experience preferred
- • Experience with accounting software is preferred
