Your Responsibilities: You will help manage ongoing bookkeeping and cleanups for small business clients using QuickBooks Online. Responsibilities include: · Categorizing transactions and reconciling accounts · Maintaining accurate asset, loan, liability, equity accounts, journal entries · Reviewing invoices, customer payments, and deposits to ensure everything is recorded and matched properly · Reviewing balance sheets and income statements for accuracy The MUSTS · At least 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience · Hands-on QuickBooks Online experience · Experience reconciling accounts and reviewing financial statements · Excellent attention to detail & strong written communication skills · Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow through · Reliable computer, internet connection, and private workspace for confidential financial information · QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification is preferred but not required.
