Brand & Marketing Coordinator

New West KnifeWorks is a knife manufacturer focused on making high-quality knives and telling the story behind its products. The Brand & Marketing Coordinator turns strategy and raw content into finished marketing materials, manages social media and community engagement, supports partnership programs, and coordinates marketing deliverables from brief to launch.

What you'll do:

• Turn interviews, product specs, and raw content into finished work — web copy, product descriptions, blog posts, press releases, and point-of-purchase materials
• Run day-to-day social media and community engagement, and support influencer, affiliate, and local partnership programs
• Keep the marketing machine on track in Asana — managing deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional handoffs from brief to launch

What they're looking for:

• Tech-savvy and genuinely curious — you're comfortable in Shopify, Klaviyo, Asana, and AI tools, and you figure the rest out as you go
• Creatively literate — you know the difference between "good enough" and "on-brand," and you write, shoot, and edit like it matters
• Organized in a way people can depend on — deadlines get met, nothing disappears into a black hole, and you bring solutions, not just problems
• No job is beneath you and no challenge is outside your lane — you'll jump in wherever the brand needs you
• Full-time year-round. Primarily in-office at Victor production factory, with occasional remote flexibility
