Business Analysis

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Business Analyst to support business teams and customers by managing service requests, clarifying processes, and coordinating project-related activities. The role also involves monitoring and resolving job failures, publishing reports, and reducing recurring issues and ticket volume.

What you'll do:

• Handle service requests and work with business teams to ensure timely resolution in the system
• Participate in customer meetings, prioritize findings, clarify business processes and publish reports
• Schedule meetings related to project updates, budget inquiries and process guidance
• Proactively monitor and resolve job failures, ensure to reduce ticket volume and prevent reoccurring issues
