Business Analyst [2027 EDGE Program]

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) provides critical infrastructure supporting the safe and efficient processing of securities transactions. The Business Analyst will participate in an 18-month rotational early-career program, supporting research, analysis, project delivery, business strategies, products, and data solutions across Clearing & Securities Services.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and deliver value to clients and stakeholders
• Participate in research, analysis, and project work to drive improvements and inform decision-making
• Assist in the development, enhancement, and implementation of business strategies, products, or data solutions
• Contribute to the planning, execution, and documentation of projects and initiatives
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and sharing insights
• Engage in ongoing learning, professional development, and opportunities for personal growth

What they're looking for:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS or Business & Technology Management
• Expected graduation date: May 2027
• Minimum GPA: 3.2
• Authorization to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship
• Internship, project, research, student organization, volunteer, or leadership experience related to the role
• Interest in financial services and how business, technology, operations, risk, and regulation connect
• Exposure to Excel, reporting, data analysis, or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with Agile principles or the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
