About this role
AllianceBernstein is a global investment management firm offering research and investment services to institutional, retail, and private-wealth clients. The Business Analyst Associate participates in a two-year rotational program, translating business needs into technical requirements, managing cross-functional projects, communicating with stakeholders, and supporting technology initiatives across the firm.
What you'll do:
- Streamlining and simplifying the Equities Trading Order Management process
- Applying statistical and machine learning techniques to predict future sales and stock prices
- Re-designing aspects of the Bernstein Research Report
- Developing an automated tool
What they're looking for:
- December 2026 or May/June 2027 Bachelor's degree or MBA candidates in Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields
- Cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (must be able to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future)
- Keen interest in project management, particularly with the scoping of projects, capturing and documenting requirements, and defining use cases, user interfaces, and testing scenarios
- Interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve business processes, enhance decision-making, identify automation opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with SQL and/or other programming languages is a plus
