Business Analyst

A Full Renovation – Home Improvement is seeking a Business Analyst to support teams through process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation. The role focuses on documenting workflows and improving practical processes through clear communication with colleagues and stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Compare current procedures with proposed approaches and record differences
• Maintain simple process diagrams, checklists, and change logs
• Review information from reports and interviews to understand recurring issues
• Prepare status notes that explain decisions, dependencies, and next steps
• Document process assumptions, scope, and agreed terminology
• Keep project documentation organized and up to date
• Gather and document requirements during structured stakeholder conversations
