Business Analyst

A Full Renovation – Project Services is seeking a Business Analyst to support improvement projects through research and careful documentation. The role focuses on gathering and prioritizing business requirements, documenting processes, identifying workflow issues, and communicating findings and project updates to stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Help prioritize requirements according to stakeholder needs
• Communicate findings in straightforward language to nontechnical teams
• Map current workflows and identify clear points of friction
• Compare current procedures with proposed approaches and record differences
• Maintain simple process diagrams, checklists, and change logs
• Review information from reports and interviews to understand recurring issues
• Prepare status notes that explain decisions, dependencies, and next steps
