Business Analyst

A Full Renovation – Residential Remodeling is seeking a Business Analyst to map routine processes, document business requirements, and help teams reduce avoidable rework. The role focuses on process documentation and practical workflow improvements through remote collaboration.

What you'll do:

• Compare current procedures with proposed approaches and record differences
• Maintain simple process diagrams, checklists, and change logs
• Review information from reports and interviews to understand recurring issues
• Prepare status notes that explain decisions, dependencies, and next steps
• Document process assumptions, scope, and agreed terminology
• Keep project documentation organized and up to date
• Gather and document requirements during structured stakeholder conversations
