Business Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract role with a client in Houston, Texas. The role supports business processes, project tracking, documentation, budgeting, and coordination among cross-functional stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Support project teams by maintaining project documentation, metrics, and communication records
• Assist in defining and documenting business processes and workflows
• Track project progress including timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Review and support contracts, proposals, and related documentation
• Develop and maintain work breakdown structures and project plans
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely project execution

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or administrative roles
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and data tracking
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Basic understanding of business operations, budgeting, and project management concepts
