Business Analyst

Chrono Efficient is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, analysing data, and supporting the delivery of cloud-native systems that enable smarter, more efficient business operations.

What you'll do:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and process reviews
• Map out current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Perform data analysis using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to generate insights that support strategic decision-making
• Contribute to cloud-native system development by ensuring requirements align with modern architecture and integration principles
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from operations and IT to management to ensure solution alignment and adoption
• Support testing activities, including creating test cases, assisting with execution, and tracking defects

What they're looking for:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Junior Business Analyst within a data-centric or technology-focused organisation
• Degree or diploma in IT or Computer Science, BCom (Information Systems) or an equivalent qualification in Business Analysis
• IIBA certification
• Cloud-native environments and system integration principles
• Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile project teams
• Data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel functions
• A mindset focused on learning, innovation, and continuous improvement
