Business Analyst

Decker Truck Line, Inc. is a family-owned transportation company seeking an entry-level Data Analyst to support its Accounting and Executive Teams. The role focuses on data entry, report generation, revenue and cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and general accounting support.

What you'll do:

• Analytics and projects for the Accounting and Executive Team
• Analysis and reporting of revenue, cost and productivity
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Support Accounting Department in many of their duties
• Report to the Controller and President/CFO in regards to all accounting activities
• Other duties as assigned

What they're looking for:

• •2 year Accounting degree required
• •Background in accounting, statistics, or financials
• •Must be an expert user in MS Excel
• •Great communication, leadership, interpersonal, organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, cross-reference and analytical skills
• •Honesty, integrity and attention to detail are of utmost importance
• 4 year degree preferred
• •Knowledge of Transportation and/or McLeod software is a plus
