Business Analyst

DMC Engineering is hiring a Business Analyst for its Digital Workplace Solutions team. The role helps clients improve operations by analyzing business processes and designing and delivering tailored solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint, while contributing to project management and pre-sales work.

What you'll do:

• Meet with clients to provide updates and scope new business opportunities
• Analyze business operations, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Create system specs, workflow diagrams, and user requirements
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and implementation

What they're looking for:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future
• 0-3+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science, or related field (GPA 3.4+)
• Strong consulting, client relationship, and technical communication skills
• Exposure to core business systems and data (e.g., ERP, CRM, data models, etc.)
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ability to implement low code solutions
• Self-motivated and independently drives projects
• Designs solutions with business goals in mind
