About this role
Driven Brands Inc. is North America's largest automotive services company, seeking a Business Analyst to analyze business needs and support growth initiatives. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, developing analytical models, and preparing reports to inform business decisions.
What you'll do:
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to translate business needs and define technical requirements
- Analyze operational performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
- Monitor KPIs and prepare recurring reports for business leaders
- Assist in creating dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc analyses
- Support business process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow documentation
- Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, supply chain, customer service, etc.) to gather requirements and drive business initiatives
- Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and assist in creating action plans
- Help design and implement scalable, data-backed solutions to support growth
- Document business requirements and operational procedures for internal stakeholders
What they're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or a similar role (internships and academic projects welcome)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field
- Exposure to process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Understanding of ERP or business systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle)
- Experience with workflow tools or project management software (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Asana)
