BUSINESS ANALYST

Alexander Group provides go-to-market consulting services to marketing, sales, and service leaders, helping organizations improve how they sell, serve, and engage customers. The Business Analyst supports consulting engagements through client data analysis, research, modeling, problem-solving, and development of actionable recommendations and client deliverables.

What you'll do:

• Analyze and prepare client data to support project objectives
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify insights and performance gaps
• Build models to evaluate business scenarios and inform recommendations
• Support client interviews, research and data collection efforts
• Develop clear, client-ready slides and materials
• Contribute to problem-solving, hypothesis development and solution design
• Support day-to-day project execution, including tracking deliverables and timelines
• Communicate findings to team members and client stakeholders

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, mathematics or related field
• Strong academic and professional track record
• 0–3 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Interest in applying data and technology to business and go-to-market challenges
• Ability to validate outputs and apply sound judgment is essential
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
