Business Analyst

Implify, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Services Management Team working with IT, specifically Corporate Applications. The role involves providing access and assisting to resolve errors/problems related to Oracle ERP, TCT, and banking portal applications.

What you'll do:

• Solid personal computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Professional, client-focused approach to colleagues and assignments
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to organize, set priorities, work independently and complete multiple projects within established deadlines
• Be detailed oriented
• The ability to manage several application requests in a timely manner; Specifically:
• Oracle ERP Suite – including Oracle Time & Expense
• TCT (Sharepoint type tool)
• Banking Portal (understanding fundamental accounting tasks)
• Flexible work shift (hours may not be standard 8-5 & could be 9-6 or 10-7)
