Business Analyst

Leesar, Inc. is focused on transforming data into better healthcare decisions, and they are seeking a Business Analyst to uncover insights from data and solve complex business challenges. The role involves analyzing data to drive strategic sourcing decisions and improve efficiencies in the healthcare supply chain.

What you'll do:

• Turn complex data into actionable business insights that help drive strategic sourcing decisions and cost savings for our member healthcare organizations
• Analyze purchasing and spend data
• Develop reports and dashboards using Excel and SQL
• Support competitive sourcing initiatives including RFPs and Cross Reference Quotes (CRQs)
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve contract performance
• Identify savings opportunities
• Benchmark pricing
• Maintain accurate contract data
• Support projects that improve operational efficiency throughout the healthcare supply chain

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Six months or more of experience in analytics, purchasing, or contracting
• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience using SQL, pivot tables, and reporting tools
• Experience with contract management systems or business analytics platforms
