Business Analyst

Midland Credit Management is a subsidiary of Encore Capital Group, a publicly traded international specialty finance company. The Business Analyst position involves utilizing data extraction tools for in-depth analysis to improve business profitability and operational processes.

What you'll do:

• Extracts and analyzes data to support business initiatives (e.g. profitability, performance and variance analysis)
• Recommends improvements related to business profitability and processes
• Creates and monitors reports to identify issues, trends, opportunities
• Presents and shares data with other team members

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor; Field of Study: Quantitative field
• Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• 1 - 2 years experience in an analytical / quantitative role, or equivalent education and experience
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel and Access
• Experience in designing and running queries
• English
