Business Analyst

Module X Solutions is a modular manufacturing business serving corporate and government customers across infrastructure, energy, industrial, and other sectors. The Business Analyst supports adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of the company’s ERP and operational systems through process mapping, documentation, training, user support, and implementation coordination.

What you'll do:

• Develop clear, accurate process maps for operational workflows using SharePoint and Visio
• Document current‑state and future‑state processes to support ERP adoption and standardization
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in collaboration with functional leaders
• Create training materials, job aids, SOPs, and reference guides for ERP modules and related systems
• Support user onboarding, including training sessions, walkthroughs, and reinforcement of best practices
• Assist users who misunderstand or inconsistently apply ERP processes, helping correct bad habits and improve adoption
• Provide day‑to‑day functional support for ERP usage questions, process clarification, and documentation needs
• Partner with the Applications Manager to drive ERP implementation progress, module rollout, and adoption
• Support testing, validation, and documentation of ERP changes or enhancements
• Help coordinate training, communication, and change management activities
• Assist with data cleanup, process alignment, and preparation for Sage certification training
• Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, HR, and IT to understand workflows and gather requirements

What they're looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, process documentation, training development, or related operational support roles
• SharePoint experience required
• All qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or operations‑driven environment preferred
• Experience supporting ERP systems or business applications is a plus
• Visio experience strongly preferred
• Experience developing training materials or SOPs preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
