About this role
Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed Business Analyst to support a client project in a collaborative team environment. The role will identify requirements, create and test user stories, support application users, maintain documentation and training materials, and communicate project status and progress.
What you'll do:
- Identify functional requirements and create user stories
- Test developed stories and ensure application QA
- Prepare and participate in internal design sessions
- Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials
- Assist Scrum Master and other team members when needed
What they're looking for:
- MUST BE A UNITED STATES CITIZEN
- TOP SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED
- 100% ONSITE - WASHINGTON, DC
- Top Secret Cleared
- Required to report to client site 4 times a week with option for 1 day remote
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of relavent experience in place of a degree
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Experience with Business Requirement Analysis
- Experience with Agile Project Management
- Experience with JIRA Ticketing
- Experience with Manual Testing
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
