Business Analyst

The Krusteaz Company is hiring a Business Analyst to support enterprise business processes and systems across manufacturing, supply chain, and planning. The role translates business needs into requirements and process documentation and contributes to testing, training, issue resolution, implementations, and post-deployment support.

What you'll do:

• Analyze business needs and current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate findings into clear requirements and acceptance criteria
• Document business processes, system requirements, workflows, test scenarios, and user guidance to support shared understanding and solution delivery
• Support system changes, enhancements, and upgrades by preparing data, executing tests, validating results, and assisting with post-deployment stabilization
• Coordinate initial issue triage by gathering evidence, documenting impacts, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate technical or functional teams
• Partner with business stakeholders, project teams, technology teams, and vendors to clarify needs, communicate change impacts, and contribute to successful implementations
• Assist with user training, deployment readiness, and on-site implementation support, including travel as business needs require

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, ERP support, or a related operational environment
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud or a comparable ERP platform, including SCM/WMS workflows, integrations and data reconciliation, OTBI reporting, access validation, and initial issue triage preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, planning, inventory, warehousing, or order management preferred
