Business Analyst- Business Management

Axos is a digital-first financial services company providing technology-driven tools and services for individuals, small businesses, and companies. Axos Clearing LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to support process improvements, business requirements gathering, process documentation, reporting, recurring communications, and operating model activities in collaboration with senior analysts and cross-functional partners.

What you'll do:

• Gather and document business requirements for new processes, enhancements, and system updates
• Support process updates, ensuring documentation and workflows stay current as the business evolves
• Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of process changes
• Help plan and prepare materials for recurring business communications and leadership meetings
• Support the team's operating model by helping prepare reporting, meeting content, and other recurring business reviews
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of process and system changes
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to clarify requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs
• Maintain documentation, templates, and resources to support ongoing business management initiatives

What they're looking for:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Typically 1–2 years of relevant business support, coordination, or related experience
• A foundational understanding of business operations and how documentation and process support drive outcomes
• Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to break down problems and explore practical solutions
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with a variety of individuals and teams
• Good judgment and sound decision-making skills, with attention to detail
• Clear, effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• A results-driven, proactive approach, with strong integrity and a genuine interest in problem-solving
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with process mapping and data analysis tools preferred
