Business Analyst, Client Delivery – Multiple Levels

Allocore provides a unified cloud-based platform supporting government loan, grant, and fraud prevention programs. The Business Analyst role translates client and business needs into requirements, workflows, and solutions, with responsibilities varying from requirements documentation and client discussions to leading complex implementation and solution-design initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Depending on your experience, you may support requirements gathering and documentation, facilitate client discussions, analyze complex business processes, help shape product workflows, or lead requirements and solution design across major implementations

What they're looking for:

• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process analysis, product delivery, implementation, or a related discipline
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements, workflows, and actionable solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with clients, product teams, engineers, QA, and/or delivery teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage changing priorities
• Experience with financial services, lending, fintech, government programs, or complex technology implementations is a plus
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance may be required for certain assignments
• Mechanicsburg, PA. Local candidates who can work onsite 3 days per week are strongly preferred
• Candidates who are willing to relocate to the Mechanicsburg area will also be considered
