Business Analyst, Functional Transformation

Deloitte is hiring a Consultant, Functional Transformation for its Sales & Service team. The role elicits and translates business requirements into process and functional deliverables, coordinates stakeholders, and supports Salesforce-enabled solutions, testing, training, and change management.

What you'll do:

• Facilitate interviews, workshops, requirements sessions, and working meetings to elicit, analyze, document, validate, and prioritize business requirements
• Analyze current-state processes, identify pain points, and translate business needs into process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
• Coordinate with client stakeholders, business users, architects, developers, and product owners to support future-state process and solution discussions
• Investigate business and client issues, clarify root causes, track risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and action items, and coordinate resolution
• Support Salesforce-enabled business process and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions by preparing training materials, standard operating procedures, job aids, and user acceptance testing (UAT) materials, and by participating in change-management and Agile delivery activities

• 1+ years of experience performing business analysis tasks, including requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder management, data collection, and data analysis
• 1+ years of experience within the product development lifecycle, including concepting/prototyping, research, design, workflows, etc
