Business Analyst (Immediate Hire)

MGT is a management consulting firm that uses data and experience to generate insights, create actionable strategies, and drive transformation for private, public, and social sector organizations. The entry-level Business Analyst will conduct research and analysis, collaborate with teams on data-driven consulting projects, and manage diverse internal initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Execute the research and analyses that define our strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with teams to provide data-driven solutions in projects such as (but not limited to)
• Organization Transformation
• Private Equity Due Diligence
• Strategic Development/Implementation
• Market Research & Assessments
• Manage diverse and impactful internal initiatives

What they're looking for:

• * 0-3 Years of full-time professional experience
• * Undergraduate degree or graduate degree
• * Excellent academic record and grade point average
• * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• * Ability to think independently and meaningfully collaborate with teams
• * Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in English, both verbally and in writing (additional languages are always welcome and appreciated)
