About this role
The Restaurant Store is seeking a highly driven Business Analyst Intern to support strategic, data-informed decision-making across the organization. The intern will analyze data, support internal software users, translate business needs into system and process improvements, and provide actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
What you'll do:
- Serve as a front-line resource for internal software system users, helping assess and triage process or system issues, escalating when appropriate
- Partner with stakeholders across all business areas to collect, validate, and share insights that support strategic questions and decision-making
- Work closely with analysts and internal software users to identify business needs and translate them into feature enhancements or process improvements
- Document business requirements, track issues, and communicate software or process changes to stakeholders
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in workflows, providing recommendations to leadership for operational improvements
- Participate in company-wide professional development opportunities
- Deliver an end-of-internship presentation summarizing key insights, project outcomes, and proposed future opportunities
