Crowe is a professional services firm providing audit, tax, advisory, and consulting services. The Business Analyst Intern supports clients in resolving business needs by analyzing practices, processes, technologies, and data, and helping develop and implement business and technology solutions. The role involves research, requirements gathering, documentation, collaboration with senior team members, and continuous learning in consulting and technology.
What you'll do:
- Documents user stories and supporting documents for the team
- Acquires and applies various research and brainstorming techniques to analyze and understand a problem
- Develops proficiency in the supported software applications
- Gains an understanding of departmental operations and workflow processes
- Observes and learns requirement-gathering methodologies from senior team members
- Partners with senior-level team members to review their work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve skills
- Willingness to travel 60% or more annually
