Business Analyst Intern

Presto is the leading Voice AI company for restaurant drive-thrus, operating at scale in complex environments. The Business Analyst Intern will analyze real customer interactions and operational data to improve customer experience and business outcomes.

What you'll do:

• Listen to and review drive-thru orders handled by our AI system
• Analyze interactions between customers, staff, and the AI
• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in ordering behavior
• Surface moments of friction, confusion, and success
• Evaluate upsell performance and customer response
• Document structured insights for product and operations teams
• Flag urgent issues in real time when needed
• Conduct in-store observations at restaurant locations depending on business needs and location
