Business Analyst Intern

Propopia is building an intelligence layer for real estate by connecting fragmented data, client context, and AI. The Business Analyst Intern will research real estate workflows and users, translate observations into requirements and priorities, support market and competitor research, and prepare concise decision-making summaries.

What you'll do:

• Research real estate workflows, users and relevant business questions
• Help translate observations into clear requirements and priorities
• Support market, competitor or workflow research as needed
• Prepare concise notes and summaries for team decisions
• Assist with business research, process mapping, documentation, lightweight analysis and communication of findings across product and company work

What they're looking for:

• Interest in business analysis, product strategy, real estate or applied AI
• Strong written communication, curiosity and comfort organizing ambiguous information are important
