Business Analyst Intern

Qorvo is a semiconductor solutions company serving high-growth markets including consumer electronics, automotive, infrastructure, healthcare, and aerospace/defense. The Business Analyst Intern will support the Global Operations sourcing team by analyzing processes and data, improving and documenting workflows, evaluating category risk, and collaborating with project teams and suppliers.

What you'll do:

• Analyzing processes and documents for opportunities for improvement
• Standardizing and automating workflows, creating work instructions to document learnings
• Extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data to articulate a clear and concise interpretation
• Interacting with project teams to submit timely deliverables and expand network of working relationships
• Evaluating, documenting, and mitigating category risk
• Basic supplier interactions

What they're looking for:

• Qorvo's Internship Program is designed for college students currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program
• Currently pursuing a BS in Business Administration and/or Supply Chain
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Some experience with contemporary data visualizations tools such as Power BI
• Excellent interpersonal skills with articulate written and verbal communications Initiative, drive, and internal motivation for success with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude, eager and able to learn new skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strategic vision, critical thinking, problem-solving skills
