Business Analyst Intern (Summer 2027)

MGT is a management consulting firm that uses data-driven strategies to help private, public, and social sector organizations achieve extraordinary results. The Business Analyst Intern will conduct research and analysis, collaborate with consulting teams on strategic projects, and manage impactful internal initiatives while developing professional skills through mentorship and leadership engagement.

What you'll do:

• Execute the research and analyses that define our strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with teams to provide data-driven solutions in projects such as (but not limited to)
• Organization Transformation
• Private Equity Due Diligence
• Strategic Development/Implementation
• Market Research & Assessments
• Manage diverse and impactful internal initiatives

What they're looking for:

• Must have completed junior year at a 4-year college or university
• Excellent academic record and grade point average
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to think independently and meaningfully collaborate with teams
• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in English, both verbally and in writing (additional languages are always welcome and appreciated)
• Effective organization skills and ability to multi-task
• Exceptional ambition and leadership skills in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings
