Business Analyst Internship (Summer 2027)

Insero is an accounting and business advisory practice serving businesses, nonprofits, governmental entities, and individuals. The company is seeking a paid Business Analyst Intern to gather primary- and secondary-source information, analyze findings, and produce qualitative summaries that guide client investment decisions while learning private equity and corporate due diligence processes.

What you'll do:

• Gather primary-source information from phone interviews with business executives
• Gather secondary-source information from a variety of sources
• Analyzing information and producing qualitative summaries to guide clients in making investment decisions
• Learn about private equity and corporate due diligence processes

What they're looking for:

• College students who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and in their third-year or senior year or enrolled full time in their first-year MBA program are eligible for this position
• Students must be returning to school to be eligible
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with strong organizational skills are required
• Functional knowledge of the MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
• Ideal candidates should be intellectually curious, confidence in interacting with senior and middle management and have strong analytical skills
