Business Analyst (January 2027)

MGT is a management consulting firm that uses data-driven strategies to help private, public, and social sector organizations achieve results. The Business Analyst will conduct research and analysis, collaborate with project teams to develop data-driven solutions, and manage impactful internal initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Execute the research and analyses that define our strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with teams to provide data-driven solutions in projects such as (but not limited to)
• Organization Transformation
• Private Equity Due Diligence
• Strategic Development/Implementation
• Market Research & Assessments
• Manage diverse and impactful internal initiatives

What they're looking for:

• 0-3 Years of full-time professional experience
• Undergraduate degree or graduate degree
• Excellent academic record and grade point average
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to think independently and meaningfully collaborate with teams
• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in English, both verbally and in writing
• Effective organization skills and ability to multi-task
