Business Analyst - Pricing & Analytics

OMNIA Partners is seeking a Business Analyst, Pricing & Analytics to support its sales team with customer-facing analytics and reporting. The role analyzes data, develops financial analyses and reports, supports sales stakeholders, and helps improve the organization’s data-driven processes.

What you'll do:

• Collect, format, and analyze complex data sets from multiple platforms and output formats
• Create presentations by identifying, analyzing, and consolidating data into an accurate and concise financial analysis/ value story
• Become the subject matter expert for assigned categories and a resource to our sales team with the ability to answer complex questions about contract and analysis specifics
• Create ad hoc analyses and reports when data is not presented in a typical fashion
• Prioritize, support, and maintain deliverables (i.e. assessments, reporting, etc.)
• Identify and report data quality issues related to uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Effectively communicate with internal and external teams to deliver solutions in a timely fashion
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, manage escalations, and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Ability to make decisions and problem solve in ambiguous situations
• Actively helps build and refine our data-driven organization

• BA/BS in a field that demonstrates competency for the role. i.e. computer science, social sciences, math, engineering, statistics, or equivalent work experience
• Advanced Excel experience including pivot tables/reports, conditional formulas, formatting, XLOOKUPs, and charts/graphs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to lead a call or meeting with senior stakeholders
• Self-motivated / Willing to learn / Well organized
• Familiarity/Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, and Salesforce
