Business Analyst (Purdue 2026)

DMC Engineering is a leading engineering consulting firm specializing in innovative solutions for various industries. They are seeking a Business Analyst to join their Digital Workplace Solutions team, where the role involves streamlining operations using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint, along with business analysis and project management responsibilities.

What you'll do:

• Meet with clients to provide updates and scope new business opportunities
• Analyze business operations, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Create system specs, workflow diagrams, and user requirements
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and implementation

What they're looking for:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future
• 0-3+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science, or related field (GPA 3.4+)
• Strong consulting, client relationship, and technical communication skills
• Exposure to core business systems and data (e.g., ERP, CRM, data models, etc.)
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ability to implement low code solutions
• Self-motivated and independently drives projects
• Designs solutions with business goals in mind
