Business Analyst & Self-Service Adoption Intern

Badger Meter is hiring a Business Analyst and Self-Service Adoption Intern to support its Customer Care and Support team. The role focuses on using analytics, user feedback, and cross-functional collaboration to improve processes and drive adoption of customer portals.

What you'll do:

• Support cycle time reduction and process improvement initiatives
• Analyze data to identify efficiency and workflow improvement opportunities
• Drive MBE/PC portal adoption through analytics and user-focused enhancements
• Gather and evaluate user feedback to improve portal functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement projects
• Track and report key performance metrics related to process efficiency and portal usage

What they're looking for:

• Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Interest in analytics, AI, process improvement, and user experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
